Training & Certification

Intercede's MyID Training courses enable customers and partners to implement and operate efficient and effective smart card and identity management solutions using MyID. MyID Training courses are fully supervised, intensive workshops supported by printed course notes and hands-on sessions.

MyID Training courses are held regularly in Intercede's UK headquarters, the US and can also be delivered at a customer location for and additional charge.

Support & Maintenance

Intercede offers various Support and Maintenance packages to suit the business needs of partners and customers.

Standard telephone support to assist customers to troubleshoot operational problems is offered 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday in the UK. A network of partners provides support around the globe during local office hours.

Intercede customers who purchase software maintenance contract receive full product updates during the contracted period.

Support and maintenance contracts are mandatory during the first 12 months following software purchase and maybe optionally renewed for subsequent years. Customers with lapsed support and maintenance contracts will be charged a rejoining fee before further support and maintenance services are supplied.

 

Professional Services

Intercede's Professional Services organization works with customers around the world to implement smart card and identity management projects based on Intercede's MyID product range. Using the power of MyID technology, customers can benefit from enhanced return on investment (ROI) by enabling fast, least cost and least risk project implementations.

Intercede has a long established reputation and enviable expertise gained from implementing large scale, complex, security driven smart card deployments both directly in the UK and in collaboration with local system integration partners elsewhere in the world. Reference site visits and interviews are available on request.
