program is split into two categories:
MyID Certified Professional (MyID CP)
The new Intercede MyID Certified Professional (MyID CP) training
program highlights your skills and knowledge of Intercede products.
With this certificate, you can demonstrate your expertise in deploying,
configuring, administering and maintaining MyID.
MyID Certified Support Professional
The MyID Certified Support Professional (MyID CSP) certificate proves
that you have the skills to support users who run MyID. It also
proves that you can troubleshoot both the MyID client and server
environments that run on the Microsoft Windows operating systems.
