Intercede Integrates with Award-Winning
Daon Platform
Leicestershire, England, 29th January 2008 –
Intercede Group plc, a leading developer and supplier of smart card
and identity management software, today announced integration with
Daon’s award-winning software product line. This integration
allows customers to pick and choose modules from both Intercede
and Daon to improve the overall fit of the applications and reduce
the associated development costs incurred. The combined identity
platform is built on a flexible business process workflow to allow
the rapid configuration for the delivery of solution sets most recently
proven on a large national homeland security credentialing deployment.
Intercede’s MyID is a smart card and identity
credential management system that enables organizations to enroll,
issue and manage the lifecycle of smart cards, USB authentication
devices, biometrics and other identity credentials. Daon,
the award-winning global provider of identity assurance software
and services, announced today that Intercede has successfully integrated
their MyIDÒ product with Daon’s identity management
platform through a smart-card management system snap-in.
