Director Shareholding

Intercede Group plc today announced that Andrew Walker, Finance Director & Company Secretary, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 17 pence per ordinary share. His total holding now stands at 158,333, which represents 0.97% of the issued share capital.
