Intercede Group plc was informed on 24 May 2005 that Mario Houthooft, who is responsible for the Group's sales in Europe, had purchased 423,974 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 16p on 24 May 2005. His total holding of shares in Intercede is 423,974, representing 1.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
